A pair of Water Industry Buffer Vessels designed and manufactured at our DWI approved facility in Tamworth. Made from Stainless Steel 316/L to comply with the DWI regulations (Drinking Water Inspectorate). Designed to PD5500 2021 category and UKCA marked. They consider cyclic loadings, NDT and a Pickle and passivated surface finish completed the vessels. The Nozzles are flanged PN16 including a 24″ Manway and 6000# screwed couplings.
We have DWI Approval for the design and manufacture of pressure vessels. Along with Water Industry Buffer Vessels we produce a wide range of vessels for the UK Water Industry, we are registered on Defra’s “List of Approved Products for use in Public Water Supply in the United Kingdom” enabling us to manufacturer of pressure vessels in 304 and 316 stainless steel. This is a legal requirement for supply to the UK drinking water system.
