Water Vessels Design and Manufacture
CPE have DWI Approval for the design and manufacture of pressure vessels and have produced a wide range of vessels for the UK water industry. We are a registered manufacturer of pressure vessels in 304 and 316 stainless steel on Defra’s “List of Approved Products for use in Public Water Supply in the United Kingdom”. This is a legal requirement for supply to the UK drinking water system.
We can design & manufacture water industry vessels and pipework with extensive experience within the water sector. Our design and project management teams can support projects from early design conception to final delivery, taking into consideration design constraints such as cyclic loading.

- We offer In-house design of pressure vessels using specialist pressure vessel modelling software & Techniques, We use PV Elite, Nozzle Pro and FEA techniques
- We provide a full Project management and design service from our experienced contracts team complete with an in-house welding engineer.

- We regularly comply with the European PED 2014/68/EU (CE Mark) and UK PESR (UKCA mark)
- We work and certify to a wide range of design codes for both domestic and international supply. ASME VIII Div 1 (U and UM Stamp), PD5500, EN13445, and comply with international design regulations and Standards: NR13, DOSH, Norsok and other international standards.
