Hydrogen Water Separator Vessel for a Clean Energy project, designed and manufactured in our Tamworth workshop. Made from Stainless Steel 316/L featuring a cooling jacket with a complex nozzle set through the jacket. The design considers cyclic, seismic and transport loadings. As a result, NDT was carried out to meet the design conditions and code requirements, 100% Radiography and 100% DPI. Featuring nozzles that are RFSO and rated to PN40. To ensure smooth integration with the system, the leg and nozzle dimensions were critical. Finally, we applied a Pickle and Passivation surface treatment internally.

In addition to this Hydrogen Water Separator Vessel, we produce a wide range of products for the Clean Energy Industry. For more information see the Clean Energy Page or get in contact
