This Closed Drain Sump Vessel with a 2420 Litre volume and was made from carbon steel. Our specialist team in Tamworth successfully completed the design and fabrication of the vessel, which features a complex nozzle layout & project specifications. The design considers Nozzle, Wind and transport loadings. Requiring full NDT: 100% radiography before and after post-weld heat treatment. 100% MPI, 100% ultrasonic testing and production test plates. The vessel features a 40″ NB 150# body flange for access, 150# RFWN SCH160 and XXS nozzles. A project specification internal and external paint finish completed the vessel.
