ASME U Pulsation Damper Vessel was recently completed at our Tamworth workshop and made from Low-Temperature Carbon Steel (LTCS). The vessel was for a project in Mexico and required the ASME U certification (Stamp) and National Board Registration. The design required 100% radiography and 100% MPI and considered a 3mm corrosion allowance and Seismic loadings. the vessel includes custom internal baffles The vessel features 300# RFWN Flanges. A 3 coat external paint system was applied to complete the project.
