A project for a Dual-stack heater housing for the Yaya Oil Refinery in Russia, along with project and design specifications the vessel was designed to comply with CU TR certification but certified by our customer as part of a package. The vessel was designed with full NDT: 100% Radiography, 100% DPI, 100% Ultrasonic Testing and 100% PMI and to meet the design conditions of 3.5 bar design pressure at 490°C to -53 °C with a 1.5 mm corrosion allowance. Finished with a pickle and passivated surface finish giving a high-quality finish.
