8000 & 3000 Litre Air Receivers

A pair of 7000 Litre Saturator Vessels designed and manufactured in our Tamworth workshop. Made from Stainless steel 316/L to PD5500 cat 2 and DWI regulations for the UK water industry. The design considers cyclic and wind loadings and required 100% UT and DPI on all welds. Finished with a Pickle and passivated surface finish. The vessels feature PN16 RFSO Flanged connections and a 24″ NB Manway. A custom internal pipework arrangement was required in each vessel.
Along with these 7000 Litre Saturator Vessels, we produce a wide range of Products for the UK Water Industry. We are registered on Defra’s “List of Approved Products for use in Public Water Supply in the United Kingdom” enabling us to manufacture pressure vessels in 304 and 316 stainless steel.
