A set of 5 Volume Tanks ASME U Stamped for use on the BP ACE project located offshore by Azerbaijan. Designed and manufactured to comply with the BP ACE Specifications and ASME U Stamp.

The design required Spot radiography, 100% PMI and 100% DPI. The vessels feature 3000# NPT Screwed connections. Finished with a 3 coat painted external surface finish.

6 Litre Air Receivers for fire protection project. A batch of stainless steel Air Receivers designed and manufactured to comply with PD5500 cat 2 and the PED 2014/68/EU. This required 10% radiography and 100% DPI. Finished with a uniform Bead Blasted finished. Featuring 3000# rated screwed connections.

Stainless Steel Air Receivers (6 in total) were designed and manufactured to ASME VIII div.1 with the U designator for use on a European battery plant. we fabricated and certified the vessels at our Tamworth facility. We carried out Spot radiography and 100% DPI on all vessels and finished with Pickle and passivated surface finish.

This project was one of the first large projects we’ve shipped to Europe since Brexit and with the end-user located in Poland, the shipping, import/ export all went smoothly and without issue. Please get in touch for any similar projects or more information,

ASME U Air Receivers, Stainless Steel 316/L with a Painted surface finish. Designed and manufactured at our ASME U Stamp approved facility in Tamworth. The design required NDT of spot radiography, DPI and PMI. The air receivers are for use out in the UAE on the HABSHAN 5 IGD gas processing plant.

ABS & ASME U STAMP Air Receivers for the Liza 3 Project in Guyana. Designed and manufactured at our Tamworth workshop, they meet customer and international specification requirements and are certified with the ASME U stamp and by ABS (American Bureau of Shipping). the vessels were finished with a pickle and passivated surface making them look great in the sun!

CPE design and manufacture Air Receivers and Volume Tanks to a wide range of design codes, design conditions and requirements. We can also offer Air Receivers designed and manufactured to order or from a range of Third-Party approved designs.

We can provide capacities ranging from 0.5 litres to in excess of 30,000 litres. Production can also vary from unique one-off designs to batch quantities in the hundreds. CPE have an in-house design team supported by project managers and our designated Welding Engineer. We can support clients from design conception through to final delivery, with experience in international markets including Oil & Gas and Nuclear, we can ensure a quality and technically compliant product.

The vessels are for a UK based project so have been certified with the UKCA Mark. the design required NDT: of spot radiography and was finished with a glass bead median blast surface finish.

CU TR & ASME U Stamp Air Receivers – Stainless Steel 316/L. A recent project for the Russian Arctic LNG for 20 off 300 litre Air Receivers designed and manufactured to comply with ASME U Stamp and CU TR 032 requirements along with project specifications. The vessels had full NDT 100% Radiography, 100% DPI, 100% PMI, and Ultrasonic Testing. A recent project for 8 off Air Reservoirs certified in-house with the ASME UM stamp. Designed and manufactured bespoke to order with 14 bar design pressure and NDT 100% PMI (OES) and 10% DPI.

ASME UM Stamped vessels are certified in-house by our Certified Individual meaning we can offer ASME Certified vessels at a cheaper rate than vessels that have the full ASME U Stamp.
