UKCA Water Pressure Vessel for the UK water industry. Supplied certified with the UKCA mark PE(S)R 2016. Made from Stainless Steel 316/316L the design considers cyclic loadings, wind loadings and DWI regulation requirements. for NDT 10% radiography, 100% DPI and 10% ultrasonic testing were carried out. A pickle and passivated internal and external surface finish treatment and an external paint finish was applied.
Along with UKCA Water Pressure Vessel, we produce a wide range of Products for the UK Water Industry. We are registered on Defra’s “List of Approved Products for use in Public Water Supply in the United Kingdom” enabling us to manufacture pressure vessels in 304 and 316 stainless steel.
