A Pharmaceutical Filter Dryer Vessel manufactured at our Worksop facility, built with a Hastelloy C22 body and 304L stainless steel jacket and cladding.
Working to our client’s process design, CPE carried out the pressure design and full manufacture of this complex vessel. It is certified to ASME VIII Div. 1 with the U Stamp, and National Board registered for use in the USA.
To ensure the highest quality, the vessel underwent 100% radiography and DPI NDT examination.
Key features include:
- Limpet coil on the dished head
- Full vessel jacket with vermiculite insulation and cladding
- Custom pad flanges, RFSO, and lap joint flanges for process accessories
- Internal and external polished surface finishes
