Closed Drain Vessel ASME U Stamp & Skid System. This project is for a Pressure Vessel and skid system. Made from Stainless steel 316/L with 3.2 Material certs and testing. The design considers Project specifications including Nozzle and wind loadings. Therefore, full NDT, 100% Radiography, 100% DPI and OES PMI were completed on the vessel and pipespools. Finally, a Pickle and Passivated surface finish and the skid had a painted finish to comply with a project specification. The skid system required a range of pipe spools. Jigs were used to ensure that the parts would seamlessly connect with the valves and accessories being assembled on-site. 150# RFWN Flanges with critical dimensions were required for the nozzles.
