Carbon Steel Silencer Vessel – ASME U Stamp

Carbon Steel Silencer Vessel (2 off) were recently designed and manufactured with ASME U stamp at our workshop in Tamworth. The Carbon Steel Silencer vessels are for the BP Tortue Phase 1 project for LNG production being used in Mauritania & Senegal. The design and project required full NDT with 100% radiography, 100% MPI, 100% UT and Visual completed on the vessels. The design considers Wind, transportation and Motion loadings. Made from Carbon Steel A516 Grade 60 with a 3mm corrosion allowance. aside from Carbon Steel Silencer vessel ‘s at CPE, we manufacture a wide range of products for the UK and international projects covering a wide range of industries, follow the links below to find out more.
