Air Spring Vessels made from Stainless Steel 316/L were completed by our team at the Tamworth facility. A set of 4 vessels for the Hampton Loade water treatment works. Hampton Loade Water treatment works has the capacity to produce 210 million litres of high-quality water a day to supply around 700,000 customers.

The stainless Steel Air Spring Vessels were designed and manufactured to meet the site and pressure requirements. Designed and manufactured to EN13445 they consider cyclic loadings and required ultrasonic testing and DPI. Finished with a pickle and passivated surface finish they looked great when installed.
