We recently completed a project delivering a pair of 9000 litre filter vessels, working closely with our client to develop a new design and technology. Together, we evolved their existing GRP design into a stainless steel 316/L version, enabling the vessels to support higher design pressures and cyclic loading. This ensures their technology can operate efficiently under more demanding conditions. A big well done to our design, project and production teams for successfully delivering this challenging project.

Built in compliance with DWI regulations, designed to the EN13445 code, and UKCA marked. To support the design, both radiography and DPI NDT were performed. Internally, the vessels feature a custom nozzle plate where the filter cartridges were installed prior to dispatch. A full pickle and passivated surface finish completed the vessels.

Alongside 9000 litre filter vessels, CPE supplies a wide range of bespoke pressure vessels and engineered products for regulated industries. See the links below to find out more.
