8000 & 3000 Litre Air Receivers

We recently designed, manufactured, and supplied a batch of four 8000 litre and 3000 litre air receivers for a UK pharmaceutical project, with the end user being AstraZeneca.

Each of the vessels were built to meet specific site requirements, while also aligning with a tight project delivery schedule. To ensure seamless integration, our team conducted a detailed site visit, confirming that nozzle orientations were correctly positioned to suit the existing pipework system.

The vessels underwent rigorous non-destructive testing (NDT), including spot radiography and 100% dye penetrant inspection (DPI). The vessels were completed with a pickled and passivated surface finish, providing enhanced corrosion resistance for use in demanding pharmaceutical environments.
