This 150 Litre Separator Vessel was completed at our Tamworth workshop. Made for a Petrol chemical project from Stainless steel 316 to ASME VIII and UKCA marked. The Vessel’s design considers wind loadings and Nozzle loadings and required spot radiography and 100% DPI. Finished with a pickle and passivated surface finish.
Along with this 150 Litre Separator Vessel, we have extensive experience in safety-critical applications in demanding environments. We supply industries that include Clean Energy, oil & gas and nuclear. This means our welding and overall quality must meet the very highest standards. All of our vessels undergo regular in-house and Third-Party inspections throughout the manufacturing process. Ensuring the final product has a level of quality that can be relied on.
CPE are certified to ISO 3834 and have an extensive catalogue of weld procedures, dual certified to both ASME IX and EN 15614. We also regularly work with clients to produce new weld procedures to comply with specific design criteria and international standards such as NORSOK.
