At CPE we can be your product partner for a broad range of Welded Pressure Parts. We have a proven track record of developing products to meet customers’ requirements. We are experts in finding a suitable production solution to take your parts from concept parts to batch and mass production.

With our in-house Design team and welding engineers, we will support you and your products to find a technically compliant and cost-effective welding solution. Our highly skilled shop floor team will ensure the highest quality solution is provided. We have a proven track record of producing critical components, welding precision machined parts accurately to ensure seamless integration with a variety of systems.

Trusted by industry-leading companies to support the development of new technologies, going from initial concept to mass production. We are proud to offer a service that allows the development and refining of technologies to ensure that optimum performance results are achieved.

Typical projects can include welding precision machined components for both pressure and non-pressure applications such as manifold blocks, seal pots, valve bodies, pressure instruments, flow meters, mixers and flame arresters. With 75 years of experience we can accommodate a wide range of materials from stainless steel to nickel alloys and duplex.

Our quality and inspection teams can also provide Non-destructive examination (NDE) such as visual weld inspection (VT), DPI, MPI, radiography (RT), ultrasonic test (UT), positive material identification (PMI) and hydrostatic testing up to 1200 Bar.

With an extensive supply chain that can support complex production requirements of Welded Pressure Parts, we are experts in sourcing parts that will meet your requirements.

We are happy to work on a full supply or free-issue basis.

At CPE we are certified to ISO 3834 and have a large catalogue of weld procedures, dual certified to both ASME IX and EN 15614. We also regularly work with clients to produce new weld procedures to comply with specific design criteria and international standards such as NORSOK. see Design & Technical for more information.
