ECF Special Alloys specialises in the welding fabrication of exotic materials for example, Titanium, Stainless Steel, Duplex, Super Duplex, 6MO, Phosphor Bronze, Nickel, Inconel, Incoloy, Monel, Cupro Nickel, Hastelloy C276 and Hastelloy B2 & B3.

As a specialist fabricator, we are able to concentrate in this field and as a consequence, can give a fast response to enquiries, a total commitment to quality and can achieve reliable, on time deliveries. Having qualified staff and skilled (coded) welders we can comply with all current manufacturing specification including PED PD 5500, ASME Section VIII Div 1 and Norsok standard.

Full co-operation is given to Inspecting Authorities and Insurance Company Surveyors for them to oversee manufacture, inspection and testing at all stages of production.

Our staff have experience in the fabrication techniques of all types of Pressure Vessels, Pipework, Heat Exchanges, Filters, Hoppers, Flame Arresters, Dip pipes and spargers thermocouples and refurbishment repair to process plants.
